Food is at the heart of every region’s culture, so it’s not surprising that all our tours in Italy have a strong gastronomic slant. Focused on classic regional cuisine, produce which is seasonal, fresh and local to each region, is at the heart of all our tours.
Holidays include daily hotel breakfasts of fresh, seasonal produce and a generous sprinkling of humble trattorias and family-run eateries. We also include wine tastings, local farms delicacies, agritourism estates and culinary demonstrations by skilled locals.
